    Its actually not the best game of football ever, is it?

    My abiding memory of That Day is our tv broke down just before half time

    It was rented from Rediffusion (as they often were then) and my Dad phoned up for a repair man, more in hope than anything else.

    Amazingly the guy came straight out (we lived in Gateshead at the time and Rediffusion was only about 5mins away), he fixed it (probably a simple valve replacement) and he stayed to watch the second half/extra time

    Happy days!
