    Default Gym Rates

    Alreet;

    I'm looking to join a gym - played 5 a side last night and embarrassed myself at how unfit I actually am... Seriously, 10 minutes in and I think I'm dying...

    I'm at work and moneysavingexpert is blocked...

    Does anybody know the rates for on and off peaks at any gyms...

    I live in Newcastle but split my time working in Glasgow so I'd be looking for somewhere that you can use any facility once you join...

    I don't really want to email them as I don't want to be bombarded with offers!

    Any help fatties?

    just get a few bits you can use at home, skipping rope, kettlebell, looking into bodyweight routines. Any of the big chains you'd be looking at about £50 a month

    I'm with Fitness First but I get reduced membership costs through work so not sure how much they usually charge, but when you join you can use any other clubs which could be useful for you?

    Save the money and go for a run then do some press ups and sit ups.

    I think I'd pay £30 a month off peak as long as the gym has a pool?

    Any body got any experience of Greens or DW?

    I know they both have facilities in Newcastle and Glasgow?

    01:55 PM.. Reason: Gay.

    No idea about whether they have pools, you'd have to check. My one down here doesn't but I don't know if thats a Fitness First thing or just my club.
