    Default MON/Quinny phasing out

Having MON taken over has massively eased my woes of the big man leaving. I am nowhere near as upset as i thought I would be. Dont get me wrong I am gutted Niall has stepped away but as Quinny alluded to, MON has carried on the can of enthusiasm of the club and fans that SNQ was doing. It has been almost seamless.

    Haway the lads

Pure class all round from the owner, chairman and manager.

You just get the feeling that we have some bloody good times ahead

As myself and a few others maintained all along, if Quinn went he would go with all our thanks and praise but it wouldn't be the end of the world.

Quinn said in his interview on that Irish chat show that he left because he knew MON would keep the fans on side, a job he'd been doing since he took over.

Was at SOL last night where MON, Monty and Bally done Q&A session. Unreal, his passion is no different to ours, at the end done and impromptu speech, along the lines of, those players we have in dressing room want it and play for the badge more than any other club he (mon) has been at, finished of by saying short has big big ideas for this club, just wait and see sort of thing... Class, I sat there and thought I wish you were my boss!

It was the clubs way of thanking (selling) box holders etc and trying to sell next seasons corporate.

Do you not fancy doing a big report on what was said in a separate thread? Will make interesting reading.

Not really! I wasn't one of those "were going to do this that and the other" questions from audience for all three, so bit difficult to piece together, two funny moments for me anyway, Bally spoke about derby, basically saying that's the way it should be etc. but more or less intimated that he was clenching is fist and dying to do one on Nufc bench and wouldn't have had the restraint MON had, MON interrupted, " if I was big enough I would have!" . Then Monty was asked about man u cup games in sixties, " yes, think it was 65" MON again interrupted and said " it was 64 jimmy "and then preceded to tell us the score in the three encounters! Just pure class, it means something to him was the overwhelming impression I got!
