Question.....can you stop the annoying droning yanks from talking while you're in the middle of a game?

On ps3 you press select, and highlight the players you want to shut up and press x.
At the start of every game, i choose my weapon then press select and silence them all.

I was really drunk the other night. I know I was. Not because of the lack of memory, or the stinking bad head, or the half eaten kebab that was dripping down me telly.
I had a yank asking to be my friend that said I was part of a good bunch of guys and he wants to play with me again. Either that or I'm being groomed.
