I broke up with me lass of 3 year this time last year. horrible few days but in hindisight the best time to break up.

You have xmas, boxing day, new years eve and day etc.... loads of days out with your mates, your mind is off it.... you'll be fine by february mate.

if you searcgh back through threads i've made on here, you'll find about 6 absolute solid gold breakdown threads..... My mind was fucked up when our ex left me because I thought 'I love her, What do i do now?!'

But - lasses come and go... the people who help you through it, your mates - they're there forever. Like you said, you had mates from 10 year back coming to see you.
