He's not good enough to play in midfield when we set up in a 4-4-2. He's alright at left back but unless he's playing just behind the striker in a 4-5-1 then he's not got enough.

game changed when clattermole got booked - obviously he couldnt tackle after that & we couldnt break their play up.

They were immeasurably better than us yesterday.

He was the only midfielder yesterday who was willing to put a foot on the ball and find a red & white shirt.

I am not usually fan but agree the game changed when he went off.

As for Cattermole I know he had to be careful but he sh1t out of every 50/50 tackle yesterday and only got booked because he jumped in from about 10 yards when the referee had already spoken to him twice for making his gob go and was obviously looking for him.
