Default Imagine if we had an injury crisis like this under keane (1st year up)?

We'd almost certainly have gone down. Glad we've got youngsters capable of stepping up like colback, henderson etc.

but players didn't get injured when Keane (or anyone else) was manager, it's only Steve Bruce who has caused all these injuries with his Greggs sponsored training regime

same could be said for Reid

key is neither keane or Reid trained players into the ground

There were plenty injuries under Keane. Not this level, but still plenty, enough for people to wonder wheter it had anything to do with his being all git hard and pushing people really far at training.

Yup. In fact was it not Southgate or Pearce that watched one of our training sessions and told him the training was too hard and intense?

Utter bollox, one of the big criticisms of Keane was his training sessions were too "intense".....Footbal l speak for fucking brutal and likely to cause injury....

Keane admitted this at one point then the weak after beasted them even harder....Bloke was a fucking shite manager and not in Bruce's league...

PS interesting article regarding Bruce not chucking Noble in too soon as he doesnt feel he is upto it physically and wants to give him time to fill out. Surely a sign he is putting his players well being ahead of his own needs given how much he needs a striker at the moment
