    Default Blatter talks more bollocks

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/13242713.stm

he sounds a bit rattled IMO but is just coming out with the same old rhetoric. He talks about setting up a FIFA watchdog, then mentions that he knows who he wants to head it - so being completely independent then?

also like this bit - "pot" and "kettle" spring to mind:
    Quote:
The Swiss also criticised his Qatari opponent in the presidential election, Bin Hammam, for his decision to stand for election.

"I don't know why Bin Hammam became so aggressive suddenly. He repeatedly told the executive he would not run against me and now he is doing it," said Blatter. "We had a really good relationship and he supported my election in 1998. We worked together but I wouldn't say it was a friendship."

I still believe that The FA should have withrawn from this inherently corrupt organisation after the WC award farce.

Its nothing but al Old Boys club dispensing the largesse of holding the world's premier football tournament to the highest bidder.

Time for a PL-type breakaway by the REAL footballing powerhouses of Europe and South America.

I honestly think the bloke has something wrong with him.
Like in a not knowing he's a cheat syndrome type of way.

When he first made a speach, about entering for re-election.
"I'm going to form an anti-corruption team. I'm personally going to oversee it".

Fuck Me, man. That's like making Hitler presiding judge over the Nuremberg War Trials.
But the bloke just doesn't see it that way.

Respect to him for hijacking a World Cup bid from an even more corrupt/even stupider organisation though.

It takes a brave man to stand alone. The time has passed and gone now. I really thought it might happen after the WC vote fiasco with the likes of other top UEFA nations saying enough is enough, but they all lack bottle.

In an ideal world perhaps but theres ower many football unions who lack a backbone to do anything about it....Maybe's if our F.A had made a stand after the W.C bid fiasco,1 or 2 unions might have joined to form a breakaway body and it could well have snowballed but i think that oppurtunity has gone.As long as the twats in charge of FIFA remain there then corruption will continue....Blatter is a bent as a 9 bob note

Platini will be next in line so it'll be more of the same for another number of years at least

The FA will have their hands in cookie jar too. Another ''jobs for the boys'' club who have no interest in football. Don't let their supposed shock at not winning the 2018 World Cup bid fool you. It's the likes of Beckham I feel sorry for, not The FA.

People just don't get it though. They're all as corrupt as eachother.

And England, Spain, Germany, Italy ,France and every other EU nation should be banned fron world football.

The European polital and law-making powers continuosly interfere with footballing matters. And it's strictly forbidden.
Let's ban Nigeria, but let germany off.

And the FA are a pack of corrupt bastards. Maybe not quite as much financially, but morally. There's more to the WC Bid 'Fiasco' than meets the eye. I tell ya.

EDIT : SEB also by 'Situation'.
