    Default Brussel sprouts

Any alternative ways of cooking apart from steaming to go on a Sunday dinner?

steam them briefly, toss them in butter, place them in a shallow dish, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and finish in the oven.

Exactly, dont overcook them and make sure they're crisp.

I sometimes put some in when roasting veg, they go well with the potatoes, carrots and parsnips and stay crispy, which as others have said is they key to sprouts. A sprout cooked well is my favourite veg, an overcooked sprout is the devils own food
