Ha'way The Flags Roll Call...

Calling out to all you good people associated with Sunderland Football Club we need a couple of you to help deploy this huge surfer for the up coming mags game...

We have the HTF team in place and we need to add a couple of extra people to ensure that the deployment of the flag rolls out smoothly.

We need another 6-7+ people to help. If you are interested in helping then please PM me your details or let me know on the thread.

The crack would be to meet us at least 30 mins before the game starts and be ready to roll out the flag around 5 mins before kick off. We would then shove the flag back in the bag and everyone would be free to enjoy the game as the match kicks off.

On another note at 2pm tomorrow we are having some photos of the flag taken inside/outside the SOL (depending on access) which will probably make the papers. This should add to the build up of the match.

So if you want to be involved with that let me know or meet at the ALS shop tomorrow at say 1.45pm

what are the dimensions of the flag just out of interest?

I think it's a bad idea to show the flag in the papers before the game. Let it be a nice suprise and that will help for sure add to the atmosphere.

Hi Nick,

I cannot meet during the week due to work commitments but I can get into the ground for 11:15 ish if you need another hand with things. Feel its my duty after starting the thread

Well done on getting this scheme to this final stage and all the hard work and great donations from SAFC fans Worldwide will make it look great before kick off.
