Oldest football club

While browsing about on the net for anything footy related, I came accross this.

I always thought Notts County were the oldest club still playing.. shows you I stilll knaa nowt like. Canny read I thought.

There was something on TV about them a few years back. Not 100% sure but weren't they one of the clubs that helped form Wednesday?

IIRC they were the first club, but only emerged again in recent years, could be wrong like.

They play at a new little ground near where I used to work in Dronfield, in between Chesterfield & Sheffield.

Sheff Utd borrow their ground for ressie games. I went to watch our Ressie game there a few years back and Keano, Loughlan & Van Der Gouw were stood on the terraces!!
