So assuming we sign ses, we'll have steed, henderson, elmo, welbeck, campbell all able to play on the rw.

Yep, Larsson plus cash for Davies. Seems a good deal for Villa to me... he may not start every game but offers the another option/backup and some very good set pieces. He can play centrally as well and they've just sold Sidwell.
