    Default Energy Bills

I'm with EDF on a committed 12 month contract which has just started. I did research and they seemed to be on a par with the other suppliers.
They have just sent me an estimate cost of the gas and electric I will use over the next 12 months.
I live in a 4 bed large semi.
    Gas......£1004.66
    Electricity .....£754.35
    Is this the norm ?
    Feckin scary if it is.

How many people will be living in that house? Will someone be in all day?

I put £120 a month away for gas and electric and it just about covers the whole year so that's £1400 ish for a three bed semi with five of us.

    I pay £70 a month, 2 bedroom end-terrace. Since January last year, I've overpaid just over £100.

I've been paying £120 a month as well, seems like it needs to be up another £30 !
