The site rules state we can't offer anything for sale on these boards and that has to apply to this photography section too.

Are there any rules against doing that via PM? The other photography forum I post on (boards.ie) has a dedicated buy and sell section, so trading happens that way. If this part of the SMB takes off, there will probably be a bit a few occasions where someone is selling something that a SMBer would like, especially since we're all at different levels of experience etc.

No problem doing it by PM and yes, the other photography board I use has a classifieds section as well. Incidentally, there are a few posters off here get on there too.
Maybe it's something we should think about if the photography section takes off.
