Default Where's good to watch the England match in Shields?

I've been going to the Sand Dancer, but at £3.30 for a pint of Fosters I need some wallet relief. Where's cheap(ish) and cheerful?

As I don't live in Shields, these days, I can't say for sure that they will be showing the match but if The Wouldhave is (as I would imagine they will be) then that's possibly the best place for a cheap pint. Plenty of T.V screens and whilst I'm not suggesting for one minute that the beer is as good as some of the 'proper' ale houses in the town, it will certainly suffice for a couple of hours of knocking back cheap booze in the company of other like minded folk wanting to see us trounce the Germans with a few cheap beers.

Buy 8 cans and watch it at home. Pubs are full of chavas who only take an interest in football every 4 years.

VIVA in shields is the place, massive 30ft screen 5 bottles for a tenner and a great atmosphere.
