    Default When

will our midfield start chipping in with the odd goal or two?
by and large they are good players capable of the shot on target
is the solution to change the system or simply buy more free scoring midfielders, or at least a threat from set pieces

Stop Henderson from shooting on sight and taking all the free kicks

Well if we stopped playing with two holding midfielders and pushed one of them 20 - 30 yards further forward and actually got the back 4 to play the ball into midfield rather than bypass them we'd be in with a chance of a shot on target from midfield

People talk about this being the best squad in x amount of years and not only is this true but the likes of Cattermole aren't fit to lace Stefan Schwarz's boots, who scored 2 more goals for Sunderland than Malbranque has, in 8 less games.

I can't see this group of midfielders scoring goals.

Zenden's goalscoring record is quite poor actually to be honert. He scored a shit load at PSV, but since then the most he has had in a season is five at boro. Chipped in with 6 in 54 games for marseille - he's not Frank Lampard exactly
