    just been to that meat trader place at dragonville, and bought a white pudding ( cos I'd seen folk on here say its lush) but haven't a clue how to cook it/serve it or what. advice please and thankyou.

    Just chop it into (inch thick) slices and fry it for about a minute on either side mate, it's lush like.

    Introduced to it a year after I was introduced to black pudding. Lovely stuff. Also had a slice of fried haggis, which too was lovely.

    Like said, just fry it in slices. Not an inch like, mebbe a half inch.

    Put a whole link in a pan of boiling water and simmer it for 8-10 minutes, beats the shit out of frying it.
