    Default Injury

Randomly, on Sunday night I was getting a stabbing pain in my left knee but only when climbing stairs. Felt like it was right behind the knee cap. Whatever it is I think I aggravated it last night by doing hill sprints.

Nicely timed for a summer cut.....bollocks

if it doesnt clear up soon then you could always start swimming instead of running. should help strengthen the knee and as its non impact it shouldnt hurt.

Can still have an effective cut, just means less food though.

Not too bad tbh, as your body won't crave as much.

Do you get pain in it when you have to sit for long periods?
