If you can drive then its do-able in one day - I used to do it quite regularly from Bristol

Agreed, I go down quite often to see my mate who lives in Cardiff, If you book early enough you can get a flight each way for about £20, and theres normally a few flights a day. early morning about 7.30ish and coming home about 9/10pm
Book the bristol flyer online and save a bit for getting to Temple meeds and back to airport, about £10 return
Then train from there to Cardiff central, once again, if booked early enough about £5 each way.

Stress free and Ive done it many times over.

I think we're flying down. If not then we'll drive and stay over night.

    Should be a good weekend.

Aye, flights are probably the best option and, tbh, its normally about as cheap to fly as it is to get the train. Not sure what I'm doing for this one yet like, missed out on tickets in the ballot and so will need to chance my luck in the second chance bit, but chances are I won't have a ticket. Could just go in the Wales end but tbh I wouldnt enjoy it and probably couldnt keep my mouth shut so might just end up watching it in the pub
Should hopefully get tickets for Bulgaria and Montenegro though, so all is good

We didn't even bother trying for tickets. Just going to chance it when we get there. There will be loads spare in the Wales end and a few England tickets knocking about so it'll be no problem getting in.
