Default Unblocking toilet / drains advice

Anyone here got any decent tips to unblock the toilet. Think the missus might have done a massive shit and blocked it. I've tried plunging, using an air thingummy, caustic soda etc. but still no joy.

Think I might have moveed the blockage a bit a couple of days ago, but it's still blocked. Now when the shower is on the toilet begins to have massive bubbles coming out of it. Any ideas? Is it the drains I need to look at or can I do it from the toilet end? Didn't really want to pay for someone to come out, and on top of that we don't actually know where the manhole cover is for the soil pipe.

A whole bottle of Fairy Liquid will get it moving.

    Guaranteed.

There's nothing floating around in the pan though, just the water takes ages to drain away. I've been shitting at work, but could do with a dump tonight.

Tried it, didn't work. As for the photo, you really don't want to see it. Just watch two girls one cup instead.

Don't know where it is. We think it may be under part of the house which has been extended in the past. Don't fancy moving all the furniture out and ripping up the lino to try to find where it is.
