smb election results prediction competition 2010.
Reet then lets see who's really got their fingers on the pulse of the nation. Let's see if the sandal wearing lentil chomping, tree hugging, utopia dwelling, left wing student Grants have any more of a clue than the goose-stepping, close the borders, hang em all, bitter twisted, right wing nutters.
The rules are as follows:
Simply predict how the 650 seats will be shared out amongst the four "parties".
Your total for every party will be measured against the real life totals and the difference is your PARTY SCORE.
All four party scores are added up and that is your PRELIMINARY SCORE.
As theres 27 days until April 6th then anyone entering today has 27 subtracted from their preliminary score to give their FINAL SCORE. 26 if you enter tomorrow etc 1 if you enter on April 5th, 2 if you enter on April 4th etc
IE LOWEST FINAL SCORE WINS
Simple?
BTW The 2005 general election had 646 seats distributed as follows:
Labour 365.
Conservative 198.
Lib Dem 62.
Others 30.
Remember 2010 will have 650 seats.
