Apart from him deliberately edging it through his legs for 4 that's spot on

He's a good player but I think that's over-egging it a bit. He was just trying to get his bat on it and his feet out of the way. Which meant holding the pose was even more ridiculous. Mr Atherton was not amused, it took the shine off his innings according to him, miserable bugger.
I'd have been well pissed off if a batsman had done it to me like
