    Default Steve Coogan

Quality doc. just been on Dave channel. Surely the finest comedian/actor we have in England today.

He's class, and he's certainly up there. But then success doesnt necessarily indicate the quality of performer - Pemberton and Shearsmith (of the league of gentlemen/psychoville) for example are just as good IMO.

Somewhere in between the first two posts, for me. Partridge is the best comedy character ever as far as I'm concerned, and The Trip was excellent. Not convinced by the rest of his output.

Partridge and Paul calf are the two best characters to come out of the UK in the last 20 years

saxondale was hilarious but I think you had to be a certain age to get the references

Hew, we all have our own personal taste.

I like Ronnie Barker. I think he pisses all over Coogan as a comedic actor.

Shame he's no longer with us..

This post is best if you read it in the style of Steve Coogan doing an impression of Michael Caine.
