Dutch market
Ajax
Vertonghen - London bound
Van der Wiel - no chance
Eriksen - no chance
AZ
Rasmus Elm - would love to see that happen
Adam Maher - fantastic player in his first season, will end up at a big club, but no PL type player
Heerenveen
Bas Dost - tall, strong striker, very easy scoring. would have been great option, but has been doing so good this season he'll be looking for a club playing in Europe?
Luciano Narsingh - right winger, Ajax or PSV bound
PSV
Erik Pieters - leftback, would have been option, but with Mags playing in Europe he'll have no problem making up his mind
Toivonen - no chance
Jeremain Lens - right winger. Option, but not fully convinced of him.
Feyenoord
Jordy Clasie - Cattermolesque, but more intelligent.
John Guidetti - think City will be looking for a PL side for him this summer
FC Twente
Luuk de Jong - tall striker, option
Douglas - Had a bad season but beforethat everyonewas dying to have him neutralized for the dutch squad. Mags tracking him though.
Nacer Chadli - left wing wizard, not a great season. Might go to Fulham.
Vitesse
Büttner - left back
Wilfred Bony - striker

Re: Dutch market
I think the Dutch and to a lesser extent the German leagues are undervalued.
I reckon if you had a good scouting network, not twits who rely on agent's videos, you could significantly improve our squad for £15-20m. The same 'quality' English players would cost twice as much.

Must be a top central defensive midfielder we could sign from there.

I would agree, but Meertesacker has certainly found the going tough at Arsenal

They might want him back but what's the point? He'll be playing reserve games.

Had a poor season. Someone on here was betting his life last summer on the fact Fer had signed for a club outside Holland, on the same day that Fer mentioned in an intreview he didn't want to go abroad :)
Lots of Twente players had a poor season. They were in 3rd position before christmas then sacked their manager to replace him by McLaren...since then went tits up.

True. If he is over the injuires he had we could be in with a shout as one of the strikers we need. Looks a quality finisher.
