I don't know what mine is. I've looked at old emails from the club when buying tickets and there is a reg no, am I right in thinking this is my membership number?

Quite possibly- most people have a 5 digit number so if the reg no is 5 digits, its probably your membership number. Either way just give them a phone, they can tell you your membership number from your name/ postcode etc

Your membership number is printed on all tickets and season cards.

this. Had no problems twice ordering from postcode. And the ticket office were great with my brother, he rang from London, gave them my address and they've put him in the seat next to me and my mates for the mags game, and sent his ticket to me.

    well done ticket office!

As posted in this thread the ticket office seem to have lost some accounts and numbers after upgrading the ticketing system as they couldn't find my details from either my number or postcode when I rang to get my mags ticket.

This is actually my sisters membership number as our lass will be going over for it today and she was going to say she's my sister. But does that not matter? If she gives my name and address will they let her buy one in my name or is it best to say she's my sister?

Go the more matches and you wouldn't have to suffer this.
