have to admit it was pretty impressive of their management to invent the new sound and get them singing it. Not easy coming up with something unique in the music industry and fair play, but I still cant stand it.

There's been bands that have clearly been influenced by the beach boys, the drums for example.

But no one has ever matched them as such, no. They're a pretty unique band.

Sadly i can't take the credit for it, Chris Evans was asked to interview him and he asked Brian do you prefer the nostalgia and the way some artists are rereleasing their albums on mono for mp3 devices etc and he said i've only ever heard them in mono as i can only only hear in one ear, he then asked do they sound good in stereo.
