Lass goes to prison for making false allegation

There is always an arguement simmering on here about this sort of thing, so just thought I'd post this to show that a lass who makes a false asllegation of rape can be named and can go to prison.

A lot more, because rape is a worse crime than perverting the course of justice.

Good. Anyone who makes false accusations of rape has a total disregard for real rape victims and ofcourse the lives of the accused which they often destroy. Deserve imprisonment and to be named.

surely it would relate to the 'seriousness of the substantive offence to which the perverting of the course of justice related' - in this case it would have ruined a mans life, it doesn't get much more serious than that IMO
