I assume it will be their first choice. Their first choice XI need games as much as the ressies do. It's the first team preparing for the season in the portguese league, after all.

Armorim - 38 apps for Benfica last season and appeared in Portugals WC game against Ivory Coast.

Sidnei - 20 year old Brazilian CB talent. First choice for Benfica two seasons ago, but didn't feature much last season, possible due to injury?

David - Very highly rated defender, first choice last season.

Coentraõ - We all saw him at the WC.

Javi Garcia - First choice DM last season.

Martins - 31 apps last season.

Aimar - Big name, tiny frame, good playmaker.

Gaitan - Big argentine talent signed from Boca Juniors for the upcoming season.

Saviola - 19 goals last season.

Kardec - Young brazilian forward, hasn't done anything noteworthy so far in his career.

Don't give a fuck about their goalkeeper.

So if that's the players they're fielding, it's their full strength side apart from Cardozo and Luisaõ. Should be on par with the Villas and Evertons.
