Anyone done one of these, did you organise yourself or a package?

Any info, tips or recommendations would be gratefully received.

Done it a few times and just booked it all myself.

Internal flights are cheap and easy to bookwhen you are there. Southwest are great as I am normally around Arizona.

yes and we always organise it ourselves. we once toured all round California, booked it all on old fashioned dial up, flights, car hire, hotels the lot.
this is the age of the internet after all.
