He coudln't take the pressure at spurs apparently, I mean getting seventeen goals in one season is shambolic and the pressure clearly got to him. And having a manager publicly saying his wife could have have scored a chance Bent missed hardly helped him like,

strange that they question his attitude- maybe he sulked a bit when badly treated (i dont know one way or the other, i dont pay much attention to spurs), but since being here his attitude is one of the most refreshing things about him, and he didnt sulk when overlooked by England, just kept working, got in the side and smacked one in. There are very few footballers with his positive outlook, with his workrate, and who genuinely seem to realise how lucky they are to be playing in the PL. The lad scores a canny few anarl!
Oh well, fuck what spurs and their fans think of Benty, whether positive or negative, we fucking love him and he knows it
