Cashpoint robbed me!

Just went to get £30 out and no money came out

So tried again with £10 and again nowt.

I'm Natwest and it was a Co-operative cashpoint. Anyone know what to do - i.e go through my bank or them?

Has it debited your account, if so you have to go to your bank.

You wanna hope it didn't have one of those sticky on things where someone tips up after, removes it with your money stuck to it.

Contact the co op and inform them of the problem cashpoint and they will investigate.

Just checked and the £30 I took out from the HSBC one immediately afterwards has come out, but not the £30 or £10 that I didn't receive.

Will check again tomorrow but fingers crossed I'll be alreet.

Same happened to me using a Llyods TSB cash machine down the high street. Tried to withdraw £20 and nowt came out, thought the fucker had robbed uz but it turned out the money never came out my account.

You hear all these stories about cashpoints spitting out money for free - just my luck that the opposite happens
