Basically Ive had my assessments and passed all of those and all that is left is the driver manager interview. what sort of things are in the dmi??? If anyone can help thanks

Hell get character refrerences and ask you about the possibility of you going off the rails.
They need commited people who will stay on track.

its a pressured job so dont want anyone who might go off the rails
