Am I the only one who is having problems joining games with friends and parties?

Can't see anything posted - I'm sick of this now. When I'm playing Fifa 09 or COD4 and try to create a party or invite to game it doesn't work.

Fifa 09 - Can't invite to game as it says game has disconnected, however I can play friends in Be a Pro mode.

COD4 - Same again, can't invite to game so I have to join the server if there is a spare slot.

My microphone doesn't appear to work in these situations but I can hear when I record messages to send.

Any ideas?

Run the connection test in the dashboard. It sounds like you need to set up port forwarding.
