Stopping in I'm ill, felt like I was coming down with the flu but now its moved to a stomach bug and the pains I am getting in me gut atm are unbelievable I've never felt owt like it

Nope, started on Wednesday night I started burning up and shivering then when I got up yesterday I felt like shite getting cold sweats and that then the stomach pains started and they are the worst I've ever felt
