Got a interview on then 10th November at Newcastle for UK Elite to do some coaching in the summer of 2012. Got to do a practical session for people aged 11 to 16 .. Any of you lot Coached in america and know what they look for?

Something I wish I did when I was younger mate, circumstances stopped me but wish you best of luck and enjoy every minute of it.

I did some coaching for UK Elite back in 2002 they are a good bunch to work for. I didn't have to test with them though as I was recommended by one of their regional managers here in NJ. Just showed my coaching certs and off I went.
