it'll cost to turf the following

10x4m, grounds needs turning before laying the turf

and 3.5mx4m, was concrete down but flags have been laid, topsoil and or sand will need to be put down.

got a quote coming in and don't want to be ripped off as I've no idea how much this sort of stuff costs.
