Ive been here last year. Hotel is every bit as bad as it looks. Great position for the bars though.

If you have already booked this hell hole and are now wondering whether you have made a mistake I guarantee you have! Try and change your booking to the Htop Royal Star which is just up the road and 4* or alternatively you can use the facilities of that hotel all inclusive all day until 7pm, drink yourself to oblivion and then return to your cell at the Casino Royal, put on your tin hat and stab vest and sleep with a knife under your pillow!

I went on a stag do to Magaluf in summer 08. Stayed in the shittest hotel I've ever been in my life.
First thing you saw in reception when you walked in was a huge board on the wall with breakage charges going up in price. Lamp, Table, Bed, Door etc. Looked like it hadn't been decorated for 20 years.
Place was so bad half of us crashed out on the beach the 2nd night rather than go back, had a cracking few days though!

Sounds like the Martinique. When we were there we tried to get a taxi back but couldn't remember the name, when we got there eventually the driver said we should have just asked for 'the zoo', so after that we did.

I went to somewhere similar with the lads a few years back and once id got the whole experiance out of my system, took great delight in spending a full day reading the reviews on that same site a year later whilst nodding and chuckling.

Found the place I stayed, mixed reviews, didn't realise it was classed as 1 star
