A19 northbound

Got into work not long ago, traffic was down to about 5mph along the stretch where you'd turn off to onto the A1 southbound. Anyone have any idea why?

Can only be way north of the tunnel Shirley .. where the McDonalds is iirc ?

Yup, the stretch between the McDonalds and Garage (i think theres a premier inn there too) and the next roundabout.
