Last year i finished with my ex GF and weighed in at a staggering 20st 2
Started hitting the gym in May last year and lost 3st in total by november. Just by doing Cardio and eating well.
Let myself slip over Christmas as i'd lost my job and just seemed to be out on the piss for about 3 weeks. Diet went right out of the Window. Now got myself sorted (job wise) and it's time to start the diet again. I've been hitting the gym for the last 4 weeks but only doing strength training. The cardio starts all again tomorrow. I'm in the gym at least 5 days a week - After next weekend i will be off the alcohol again until the foreseeable.
Anyway, here's my starting weight and goal.
Starting Weight: 113kg (17 Stone 7 - Was hovering around 17 last week but had a bit of a mental weekend food and drink wise (im blaming the weather))
Goal: 88.9kg (14 Stone) by December 1st 2012.
I shall use this thread to keep track of how i'm doing and weigh in once a week. I've decided to take some pictures but i won't be posting them because i'm embarrassed as to what i have become. Maybe i'll post them when i'm down to my target weight.
