When you are based in Holland and you are not subscribed to them, you can get an account on the website and order an online stream in there.

So are you subsciribed to Eredivisie Live? The Ziggo-service is excellent, requires digital tele though. Make an account, order the game, pay through Ideal or paypal or whatever, switch on your digital tele box and the game pops up 10 minutes before kick off
