    Default England v West Indies - T20

Later in the week.... Just another money-spinner for the ECB is it?! Can't see the point of playing a very weak WIndies side in two T20's in late September. Can't imagine England will be full-strength either. Add to the fact it will be fucking freezing .

Might aswell play in December . Which, out of interest - reckon that could ever happen?! Winter cricket, outdoors?! To be fair we do get quite a few dry days in mid-winter, even if it is below freezing . Maybe I just miss county cricket a bit too much already, that and the fact I've had a few cans.

Pointless games really, but the England squad has a very next generation look about it so it should be interesting. Bet it's bloody cold in the crowd like

I think the ECB had to play this match, something to do with Sky paying for the TV rights to the Stanford farce or something like that

A nice hard frost will see a nice flat, pacey and bouncy track. I am all for it.

Think thats about right mate. We made a committment with the WIndies board when we played the Stanford games to play them in 2 T20's over here at some point and I think it was forgotten in the midst of all the Stamford fraud allegations, but we still owe them the games and I guess this is the ECB's way of getting them out of the way as quickly and painlessly as possible.
