Default Will E.Short put up with this?

Niall has sold the club to Short, (in the metaphorical sense),he told him with a bit of success we'd be filling the stadium week in, week out - it hasn't happened. Niall has sold him (in the metaphorical sense) Bruce - telling him that he's the man to take us up to the new level - it hasn't happened.

Will Mr Short - a hard-nosed businessman be prepared to dig into his pockets again - (assuming we manage to stay up) - this I feel is the true drama awaiting us. Niall better get kissing the Blarney stone.

Nobody knows short so can't say either way.

Bruce won't be sacked though IMO. Let's wait till th end of the season, we are only a point or 2 behind our target of top 10. Chill out till then and see where we end up IMO.

Because we havent had any success. If we actually do, the place will be sold out every week.

Will Short put up with the amount of threads about whether or not Short will put up with this? I doubt it. SMB out

This ^. Does the OP think Short gives a shit about a few thousand missing fans, whilst we are more or less just breaking even in relative success on the pitch terms.FFS.

I really have no fucking idea but i would guess that he will not. I base this on the fact that i am really quite annoyed that i have paid £469 for another season of dross and he has shelled god knows how much. He must be 1000 times angrier than me. Bruce will go imo.

If he's hell-bent on protecting his investment, AND there's a better candidate available & willing to come in the summer, I can envisage something happening.

Quinn over-backs his managers in my opinion. He's too close to Bruce and has invested too much of his own faith in him. This makes it harder to be objective and ruthless. Hopefully Short is not the same way with Quinn.

Define success as its more than likely what we did in consecutive seasons under Mr Reid and which is a pipedream a mile away at present.................. ..

If Short thinks there is a manager out there who will get better results he will try and bring him in. He wouldn't be as rich and successful as he is otherwise. The question is does he think Bruce is the best he can get.
