    Default Cramps

Getting some terrible cramps in my calfs and hamstrings. Not necessarily during exercise. I can just be sitting chilling and suddenly I'm knotted up and in agony.

    More salt in my diet?

spelled it wrong mate and shave your pubes and get a cream from the docs.

I'd guess salt as well, eat some nuts after you train or I think powerade or lucozade light has salts in

    LOL

I've done a bit of reading. I'm gonna mix up my own training drink with glucose C and sea salt. Dehydration and sodium loss by the looks of it.

    No.

Figured it out. Been dangerously dehydrated.

Now trying to get 6 litres a day through me. Be easier if beer counted
