    I know someone in Sunderland that beat that by a fair few years but her name never appears in any programmes or written evidence as she, her daughter and the baby at the time were all under the care of various public services.

    was on holiday in 93 when one lady announced that she expected to be a grandmother when she got home - she was 28 .
