No sign of that book inside the amazon.com top 50,000 so either the outrage of the not-so-silent majority has eradicated this menace, or you've been the victim of a tasteless hoax.

That book cannot really exist can it? Must be a hoax. I'm frightened of doing the necessary googling to try and find out.

EDIT: The BBC's article is more informative like. It's a self published e-book so pretty easy to distribute I imagine. Sick fuckers. They should track down the author and investigate the bastard - he's bound to have something incriminating against him.

BBC reckons they've taken it off now. The issue for me is that they didn't take it off when they first found out about it.
