If you've maxed your ISA and paid off any high interest debt then stick it in a FTSE tracker for low risk returns or property in an international hotspot (NY/London etc)

Does anyone know any ways of raising a lot of money in a short space of time? I'm not interested in those crazy get-rich-quick schemes though.
