roast butternut squash & pepper soup with home made bread

roast rib of beef, yorkshires, horseradish and about 10 different vegetables (Sis-in-law & partner are veggies)

dunno about pud, Sis-in-law is bringing something apparently

Couple of bottles of Campo Viejo Reserva rioja should wash the beef down nicely.

    Starter:

Prawn cocktail (for the lasses and gays like)
Home-made roasted tomato and red pepper soup with a dash of tabasco (just mad it the neet, class)

    Main:

    Buffet style Christmas dinner

Choose from turkey, pork or beef or all three if you want. Them pigs in quilt things and stuffing made with Cumberland sausage meat.

Roast potatoes done in beef dripping, honey roasted parsnips, sprouts with bacon bits, steamed carrots and green beans.

Yorkshire puddings (not home cooked cos they end up shite )

Choice of chicken or beef gravy

    Dessert:

That crappy pudding with that crappy sauce

    Toffee cheesecake
