Does anyone use it? Had any problems with them? I am looking for insurance cover as well as public liability insurance.

I used them for something like 4 years but never had to make a claim. When I sold my 300mm f2.8 L IS lens which was my most expensive individual item my premium still went up the following year, so I cancelled it and just added my gear onto my house insurance.
