FM2011, anyone actually play it??
I dont mean in a way that is it old hat etc, i mean has anyone actually played it through a few seasons without it being fucked (im sure some have like!)??
I bought it in Nov '10 when it came out & i have to say its the buggiest version ive ever seen from them, very dissapointed.
I simply cannot get it to play few matches in a row without crashing all the time. Tried everything, running smaller database, not many leagues etc.
I gave up on the fucker last year and waited for the patches....started again this month, still the same.
Me mate plays it ll the time, into many seasons, and has a lower spec PC than me!
Just tried it again and same thing...wondering if any other SMBers had problems, cos i know its popular with you lot (or used to be).

Nope, it plays for me, but just isnt as fun as the old versions when me and me mate could meet up after school and have a season finished in about 6 hours- now it takes days and ive gone from being mint to being shite, i think it wants me to do tactics, but im not going to change out cos i doubt its actually advanced to know that ive told one defender to get tight whilst the others drop off (i think this cos i play long ball but they keep passing it short on the daft "3d" screen, so it obviously isnt listening to me). Pile of shit nowadays, bring back the old 97/98 seasons and the likes, it was class when it was CM, shite now imo

I could pay Fm10 with full massive (and addons) Database, all leagues, into loadsa seasons, same PC. All theyve don is add a few extras and made the 3D engine a bit better. Yet will it fuck work.
I heard the craic was they released it way too early (seems on the tech forums loads had probs at the start).
if i hadnt paid £24.99 on Steam (and had the DVD) id have taken the bastard back for a refund!

I'm about 14/15 seasons in, I think, and am perfectly happy with it.

I usually get to 20 seasons in, like. Agree it is very bugged though. The crash dump bug especially torments me.

Thats all im geting...basically tomake it playable i have to save before evergame, and then if that one crashes i have to reload.
I usually get to play the 1st game after a load, start 2nd, crash, reload, repeat..........
Im no programming expert but it seems like after 2 weeks of the game it starts to get really memory intensive, HD etcstart ticking over loads, and crash dumps!
