best area of turkey holiday recomendations....
Just about to book up for April can anyone recomend anywhere, me our lass and bairn she's 1 year 5 months, was thinking side antalya but never been to turkey.

I never fancied turkey at all but got persuaded to go to antalya in Sept and thought it was really nice, decent town centre to shop/ wander round/ drink in cafes and the hotel was excellent (barut Lara)

Been to Bodrum and Icemeler past couple of years and loved em both but out of the 2 , Icemeler would probably be better for a family

Great scenery at Icemeler which is family friendly, great sunsets at Turgutreis on Bodrum peninsular.

olu deniz/ hisaronu, definately for families. I've been to marmaris, kusadasi bodrum, altinkum, most of the previous several times but for chilled out no hastle holidays hisaronu beats the lot.

Been to Turkey a fair few times like, Bodrum is a great place likened to a modern western city upbeat and decent bars, clubs shops and that, although can be a bit heavy on the wallet. Would deffo recommend Altinkum, great resort class beach cheap but still with class, beach is unreal there like.

Went to pegasus world AI two years ago in Side...only time ive been to turkey,think that side of airport is not as developed as the other as you see on the transfer coach..more like iraq until you get to the hotel.....very hot for bairns mind 34 in shade no breeze..enjoyed it but never left complex....chose turkey and cyprus year before for £value against spain/portugal etc..extra two plus hours on plane not worth it in my view
